Consultation

The design consultation is a very important part of the process. We provide ideas, resources, concept and expertise to help you make decisions and move to the next step. We typically like to cover space, layout, architectural elements and finishes in this phase.

Our prospective client has the opportunity to express the vision they have for their project, ask questions, and learn a bit more about what to expect before going forward.

We charge a hourly fee for the design consultation. The consultation fee paid at that point is for our time to travel to your home and provide you with valuable information required for a successful outcome. 

Design Development

This design phase consist of approved design concept, redefined and developed into detailed drawings to include:

  • Floor plans
  • 3D rendering and elevations
  • Samples selection of material and finishes
  • Furniture plans and selection
  • Color selection ideas

Once the design plans have been approved, preparations will be made for the final drawings and specification which will include revision and presentation of material and finishes.

Construction & Installation

After all of the planning, sketching and meetings, we finally move into the phase of construction and or remodelling, we turn our concepts and imagery into the real thing.  This phase of the design process can vary in length depending on the extent of the work entailed –throughout this phase, we:

  • Review drawings with the builder or general contractor.
  • Review all orders with clients.
